If you can fly BS, then MJD is your best friend for lvl 4 missions. 100+km is enough to quickly snipe out all frigates (and even those nasty spider drones) and then continue to bigger and slower ships.

I might just add, in wormholes you dont encounter angry locals. They encounter you, on their terms. It's heaven for cloaky pvp due to lack of local. You can never know that there is no any stealth bombers looking funny at you just right now... ......

Caldari cruisers 5 isn't waste in any way, it's leading to Tengu, which is significantly better for lvl4 than Ishtar or Gila.

Ishtar is much better IMHO, better tank and much better DPS. That is, if you have good drone skills. Gila is even better, if you have both Caldari and Gallente cruisers 5.

You have BC 5 and Caldari Cruiser 5, and some Heavy Missiles skills. Use DRAEK for now, train HMs at least to 4 and then train Tengu - it's not only one of the best mission running ships, but very flexible and useful platform both for PVE and PVP....

Ammo isn't exactly a problem in Gila, light missiles are small enough to keep 1-2k just for aggro. Also, NPCs aggro on firing, not on doing damage (haven't tested it but I'm pretty sure that this'll work too with neuts/nosfs or any other e-war mod...

Haven't tried any Ishtar fits yet, but Gila fits just like any other passive shield tanked Drake ship: purger rigs, some LSE and some resistance fields in med slots, SPR and DDA in low slots. Just keep in mind that you need both Caldari and Gall...
